It makes Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in the world, amounting 172 million people. 30% of the total population, e.g., 52 million people aged between between15-34 years, and very limited job opportunities, resulting in them migrating for a bright future.
In 2023, appx 6,00,000 IT professionals were working in Bangladesh. Every year, 3000-5000 IT professionals migrate to Western Europe, the US & Canada. Approx. 50,000 skilled workers migrated to Europe in 2023, where a A large number were IT professionals, hospitality staff, customer service agents, healthcare workers, and logistics professionals. If we get proper support, we can redirect a handsome number of professionals to Japan.
In 2023, appx 11,24,786 manpower migrated, where 80% (9,00,000) of them went to the Middle East (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, South Korea) to serve construction, cleaning, driving, Hospitality, Retail, Domestic work, Stadium, factory, marine, shipyard, and garments industry.
